Have you ever heard about soursop and its amazing health benefits? What about raw cacao? Well I’m here to inform you that you’re in luck. Our selection of imported fruits will have you amazed if your new to it. Our aim is to educate you on the product before your purchase. To ensure the product is right for your needs.

My research on Soursop tells me the product is very rich in nutrients and may be able to fight cancer. It can be eaten by being cut in half and scooped with a spoon. It can also be used in cooking or applied directly to the skin.

Raw Cacao is high in Antioxidants and also Anti inflammatory properties that may reduce risk of diabetes. It is consumed by being made into chocolate.

Aroma Therapy

The use of aromatic plant extracts and essential oils in massage or baths.Aromatherapy involves inhaling the scent of essential oils extracted from specific plants, such as lavender and rosemary. It’s thought that breathing in these aromas can influence health in part by affecting certain brain chemicals.Those that have received the most attention from researchers include:

Because few alternative treatments have been extensively studied, little is known about the safety of these treatments. In order to minimize the health risks of alternative treatments, it’s important to talk to your doctor before adding such treatments to your health regimen.

It’s also important to remember that natural doesn’t necessarily mean safe. For example, many herbal or nutritional supplements can trigger adverse effects, as well as interact with medications or other natural remedies.

  1. Good list of holistic treatments. I would go as far as to suggest that these treatments are better than the alternatives provided through the pharmaceutical industry for many ailments.
    These treatments have been used for many many thousands of years and are more attuned to work naturally with our bodies natural energies.
    Meditation, massage, and yoga are my preferred ways to naturally realine my body and keep it is a state of wellbeing.

  2. I love the beautiful imagery on your site, and the explanations of the various types of holistic treatment. I’ve never hear of soursop but will definitely give it a try. I certainly get plenty of cacao as I love eating dark chocolate. I’ve also practiced meditation and it definitely helps me feel calmer and more focused.
